These terms apply to your use of FCAP’s website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Any separately signed engagement agreement governs the services covered by that agreement.

FCAP’s chat widget is the only website channel that collects mobile numbers and SMS opt-in consent. No contact, lead, or appointment form collects SMS consent. Calling, emailing, or simply visiting the website does not enroll you in text messages.

If you explicitly opt in through the chat widget, FCAP may send text messages about your inquiry and related follow-up. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services.

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive a confirmation of your opt-out; no further messages will be sent under that consent. Reply HELP for help, or contact info@fcap.co or 510.732.4832. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile number and SMS consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for information about data handling.

Do not use this website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit malicious or misleading material. FCAP’s website content and branding, and third-party materials, remain the property of their respective owners. You may view the content for your own informational use; other use requires permission unless permitted by law.

External links and third-party chat or messaging tools may be governed by their providers’ terms and privacy practices. FCAP does not control external websites or guarantee their availability or content.
